This specification is approved for use by all Departments
and Agencies of the Department of Defense.
The requirements for acquiring the product described herein
shall consist of this specification sheet and MILPRF19500.
1. SCOPE
1.1 Scope. This specification covers the performance requirements for red, yellow, and green light-emitting
diodes (LED). Two levels of product assurance are provided for each device type as specified in MILPRF19500.
1.2 Physical dimensions. See figure 1 for 1N6493 through 1N6495 and figure 2 for 1N6500 through 1N6502.
